About Brahma
Brahma Bar and Grill is a family-friendly, American-style restaurant that is proud to be part of the Fair Oaks Village community. Brahma opened its doors briefly in September 2020 for several months before fully reopening in April 2021.
From the appetizers to the salads, tacos, burgers, sandwiches, and entrees, you’ll savor the quality and taste that come from our thoughtfully sourced dishes as most of our menu items are made in-house from carefully crafted recipes. The ingredients in our house made dishes come from suppliers that share our relentless focus on quality.
Completing the Brahma experience is our full bar with seasonal signature cocktails, a wine list to enjoy by the glass or bottle, and rotating beers on draft – and of course, our large, beautiful patio where guests can dine outdoors and enjoy the views of the town.

Meet the
General Manager:
Scott Meier
Scott joined the Brahma Bar and Grill team as the General Manager in September 2022. He has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, beginning as a dishwasher at 15 years old and working his way up to becoming a general manager at the age of 24. He is passionate about providing great food and service and is dedicated to creating a unique experience for each guest. Scott is happily married and has three wonderful children. He was a youth soccer coach for 10 years in the Sacramento Area. During his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
